Guggenheim's Walsh Says Firm Is Cooperating With Regulators

Anne Walsh, chief investment officer of Guggenheim Partners, stated the firm is cooperating with regulators investigating an accounting issue at one of its subsidiaries. US prosecutors are examining Mark Walter's investment operations and his relationship with Guggenheim. Walsh said the firm's investment or trade-allocation processes are not part of the investigation.
