Texas Stock Exchange Lures Two ETFs From NYSE

The Texas Stock Exchange announced its first primary listings after two ETFs transferred from the New York Stock Exchange. The transfers involved the Texas Capital Texas Index ETF, listed under ticker TXS, and the Texas Capital Texas Oil Index ETF, listed under ticker OILT. Carlos Peña, head of ETF and funds management at Texas Capital, discussed the listing on Bloomberg's "ETF IQ" program.
