Tesla driver faces manslaughter charges over Texas crash that killed a woman inside her home

Michael Butler, 44, was arrested Wednesday and charged with manslaughter following a crash in Texas where his Tesla Model 3 struck a woman inside her home. The woman died from injuries sustained in the collision. Butler told investigators he had engaged the vehicle's Full Self Driving feature at the time of the crash.
