Police pass Mohamed Al Fayed case file to prosecutors

Police have submitted a case file to the Crown Prosecution Service regarding allegations against Mohamed Al Fayed, the deceased former owner of Harrods. The CPS will now review the evidence gathered during the police investigation. Al Fayed died in 2023 at age 94.
