US nutrition startup Berry Street merges with India’s Healthify as GLP-1 trends upwards

Berry Street, a US nutrition startup, merged with Healthify, an India-based health company. Noah Kotlove, Berry Street founder, and Tushar Vashisht, Healthify founder, will serve as co-CEOs of the combined company. The merger was announced as GLP-1 drugs—used for weight management and diabetes treatment—continue gaining market adoption.
