UK missiles offer may help Ukraine - but they are not what Zelensky needs most

UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham announced a plan to provide Ukraine with blueprints to manufacture long-range missiles domestically. The move was disclosed in February 2026 as part of increased military support to Ukraine.
