Siow: AD Ports Minority Investors Needn’t Be 'Upset'

Alan Siow, Co-Head of Emerging Market Corporate Debt at Ninety One, told Bloomberg that minority investors in Abu Dhabi Ports need not be concerned following L'Imad wealth fund's proposed buyout of the company. Siow discussed whether the delisting signals a shift in regional investment strategy during an interview on Bloomberg's Horizons Middle East & Africa program with Abeer Abu Omar. L'Imad has proposed acquiring Abu Dhabi Ports in a transaction that would result in the company's delisting.
