A Tajik national accused in a landlord's death fled a Northern Virginia mental health institute and traveled to Dushanbe, Tajikistan. Northern Virginia Democrats Donald Beyer and Suhas Subramanyam responded to questions about the case. The individual had been held at the facility pending legal proceedings related to the death.
