Inherent, founded by DeepMind alumni, says its AI ‘teammate’ just outperformed Anthropic and OpenAI at replicating research

Inherent, a British AI laboratory founded by former DeepMind researchers, released an AI agent called Faraday. The company stated that Faraday replicated scientific papers at a level exceeding the performance of comparable systems from Anthropic and OpenAI.
