Amazon just hiked the prices for Echo, Fire TV, and Kindle products by up to 60 percent

Amazon raised prices on Echo, Fire TV, Kindle, and Eero products by up to 60 percent, according to a statement to Fortune. The company attributed the increases to "significant increases in memory and storage component costs." The Echo Dot smart speaker price increased from $49.99 to $79.99. Lower-priced products in the lineup received the largest percentage increases.
