Citadel Offloads Risk From Situational Awareness

Ken Griffin's Citadel acquired a stock portfolio from Situational Awareness, an AI hedge fund led by Leopold Aschenbrenner, last month. Citadel has since offloaded more than 80% of the aggregate risk associated with that portfolio. The specific terms and timing of the risk transfer were not disclosed.
