Mugshot of accused NY Capitol ISIS plotter revealed as feds detail plans for more attacks

Jessica Bowie, an Albany woman, was arrested and charged in connection with allegations that she pledged allegiance to ISIS and plotted to bomb the New York State Capitol. Federal authorities released her booking photograph as part of the case. The charges remain under federal investigation.
