Beatty files emergency request to stop Trump's name from returning to Kennedy Center

Democratic Representative Joyce Beatty of Ohio filed an emergency request in federal court to prevent the Kennedy Center trustees from adding President Trump's name to three locations at the arts complex. The request was filed as a legal motion before a federal judge. The Kennedy Center trustees had voted to add Trump's name to the building.
