Anthropic is preparing to file for a public offering and expects the offering size to match or exceed SpaceX's IPO size, according to Bloomberg. Chief Financial Officer Krishna Rao has conducted recent investor briefings that did not address valuation questions, Bloomberg reported. The company is targeting a filing as soon as the end of August 2026.
