Rare Tornadoes Hit New York City as Storm Drenches Mid-Atlantic

Tornadoes touched down in Queens and on Long Island during a storm that brought heavy rainfall to the Mid-Atlantic region. A tornado was also confirmed in Delaware. Flooding disrupted traffic on some highways in the affected areas.
