Israeli settlers return to Kadim in West Bank two decades after it was evacuated

Israeli settlers moved into Kadim in the West Bank on January 7, 2025, more than 20 years after the Israeli military evacuated the settlement in 2005. The Israeli government authorized the resettlement as part of its expansion policy in the occupied territory. Palestinian residents in nearby areas expressed concerns about the development.
