India Economic Growth May Beat RBI’s 6.7% Forecast, Gupta Says

Deputy Governor Poonam Gupta said on Thursday that India may grow closer to 7% in the financial year through March, above the Reserve Bank of India's forecast of 6.7%. At that rate, India would remain among the world's fastest-growing major economies.
