Scalise: Trump Impeachment Coming 'Day One' if Democrats Win Majority

House Majority Leader Steve Scalise said in 2024 that Democrats planned to impeach President Donald Trump if they won House control in that election. The statement was made before the November 2024 midterm elections. Democrats did not gain House control in the 2024 elections.
