Broadcom Seeking $60B in AI Debt Deal

Broadcom Inc. is negotiating with lenders to raise more than $60 billion in debt financing for an AI chip deal involving Anthropic PBC and other companies, Bloomberg reported. The financing structure under discussion may include a junior debt tranche of approximately $30 billion, according to Bloomberg. The deal remains under negotiation and has not been finalized.
