Florida AG seeks judge's impeachment after baby drowning COVID insanity acquittal

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier is seeking the impeachment of Judge Miguel de la O after the judge acquitted Precious Bland on an insanity defense in a case involving a child's death by drowning. Bland had been charged in connection with the drowning. The acquittal was based on the judge's findings regarding Bland's mental state at the time of the incident.
