Police identify suspect accused of terrorizing Philadelphia women while wearing creepy Chucky-style mask

Philadelphia police identified Zymire Hughes, 22, as a suspect in multiple incidents involving a person wearing a Halloween mask. Surveillance video obtained by police shows a person in a mask chasing women in the city. In one incident, a woman fought back against the suspect. Hughes has not entered a plea and his case status is pending.
