Framework responds to complaints that BIOS update bricks Ryzen 7040 laptops

Framework announced it will replace AMD mainboards in some Ryzen 7040 laptops that were affected by a BIOS update. The company said affected customers who are out of warranty will receive replacements. Framework did not disclose the total number of devices impacted or the specific technical cause of the issue.
