Ovarian cancer and menopause at 19 mean I can't have kids, but it's changed me for the better

Enlli Thompson was diagnosed with ovarian cancer after a pelvic scan revealed a cyst. The cancer diagnosis resulted in treatment that induced menopause at age 19. Thompson is unable to have biological children as a result of her illness and treatment.
