Trump admin sued over visa time restrictions for foreign students, journalists

A coalition filed a lawsuit challenging Department of Homeland Security rule changes that would limit international student visas to four years and cap foreign journalist visas at 240 days. The rule changes were announced by the Trump administration. The lawsuit seeks to block implementation of the restrictions.
