Video Appears to Capture Republican Randy Fine Opening Stranger's Mailbox While Canvassing

Ring camera footage shows a person identified as Rep. Randy Fine (R-FL) opening a mailbox at a residence while canvassing before Tuesday's Republican primary election. Fine's campaign did not immediately respond to requests for comment about the footage. Opening mail belonging to another person is a federal offense under 18 U.S.C. § 1708.
