Camilla admits it was 'difficult' to keep King's cancer diagnosis a secret

Queen Camilla said in a video message for Maggie's cancer charity that keeping King Charles III's cancer diagnosis confidential was "difficult." The video, released to mark the charity's 30th anniversary, marked her first public comments on the matter. King Charles announced his cancer diagnosis in February 2025 after undergoing treatment for benign prostate enlargement.
