California sheriff blocks ICE from firing range, training facilities but keeps CBP access

San Diego County Sheriff Kelly Martinez announced a policy blocking U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement from using county firing ranges and training facilities. The decision permits Customs and Border Protection to retain access to Otay Range. Martinez stated that restricting CBP access to the facility could increase wait times at the border.
