Runner discovers woman stabbed to death outside vehicle near upscale DC suburb trail

A morning runner discovered a woman with stab wounds near her vehicle at a trailhead in a suburb of Washington, D.C. Police responded and initiated a homicide investigation. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
