Boeing-Lockheed Space Venture Inks $1.5 Billion Private Bonds

United Launch Alliance, the rocket joint venture of Boeing Co. and Lockheed Martin Corp., completed a $1.5 billion private bond offering on March 15, 2026. The bond deal was increased from an initially planned $500 million. The proceeds will fund launch operations and infrastructure development for the company.
