Boy who passed out in deadly ocean waves celebrates miracle birthday inside Trump Oval Office

A boy was rescued from the Pacific Ocean off the Santa Cruz coast after passing out in the water. A 16-year-old lifeguard performed the rescue. President Trump invited both the boy and the lifeguard to the Oval Office at the White House, where the boy celebrated his birthday.
