Transgender defendant who sought to 'kill Scott Bessent' sentenced to more than 6 years in prison

Riley Jane English was sentenced to more than six years in prison. English admitted to traveling with a knife and Molotov cocktails with the stated intention of killing Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent during his confirmation process. English was arrested before carrying out any attack.
