Ashley Boosts His Real Estate Empire With Harvey Nichols

Mike Ashley's Frasers Group acquired Harvey Nichols department store in London's Knightsbridge district. According to Bloomberg's analysis of property records, Frasers Group owns approximately 8 million square feet of retail park and shopping center space as part of a larger portfolio. Frasers Group CEO Michael Murray stated the company's total portfolio comprises 16 million square feet valued at £2 billion.
