Police officer David Swaney testified that after being shot multiple times, Tupac Shakur refused to cooperate with investigators and told an officer, "We'll take care of it." The testimony occurred during proceedings in a murder trial related to Shakur's 1994 shooting in New York City. Shakur survived that incident but was killed in a separate shooting in Las Vegas in 1996.
