Oprah distances herself from Trump allies Dr Phil and Dr Oz, says they have ‘not one thing to do with me’

Oprah Winfrey told Emmy Magazine that Dr. Phil McGraw and Dr. Mehmet Oz's political activities are separate from her. Winfrey said she gave both men their early television opportunities but their current work does not reflect her positions. Dr. Phil was a regular guest on Winfrey's daytime talk show before launching his own program in 2002. Dr. Oz appeared on her show starting in 2004 before establishing his own medical advice program.
