Democrat Rep. Jimmy Gomez being investigated over sexual misconduct allegations

California Representative Jimmy Gomez admitted to "personal mistakes" outside of his marriage. Gomez stated his actions were consensual and did not violate House Ethics rules. The House Ethics Committee investigation into allegations against him is ongoing.
