Paramount Asks States to Shoulder Costs of Delaying Warner Bros. Deal

Paramount has requested that states cover costs related to delaying its proposed $111 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery. The deal has been postponed until the conclusion of a trial scheduled for March.
