American tourist killed by lightning while hiking Sicily's Mount Etna

A 29-year-old from Kansas died from a lightning strike while hiking Mount Etna in Sicily on Sunday. Mount Etna is Europe's largest volcano. The incident occurred in an exposed area of the mountain.
