Prediction market traders see roughly 1-in-4 odds Paramount’s bid to buy Warner Bros. Discovery fails

Traders on prediction markets assigned a 25 percent probability to the merger failing as of the time of reporting. The odds increased following lawsuits filed by 12 states seeking to block the deal, but remained lower than the probability assigned after Paramount postponed the acquisition in late July 2025.
