Supreme Court Again Rejects Trump’s Appeal of $5 Million E. Jean Carroll Payment

The Supreme Court declined to reconsider President Donald Trump's appeal of a $5 million jury verdict in a defamation case brought by E. Jean Carroll. Trump had requested the Court review its earlier decision not to hear the case. Trump has separately petitioned the Court to overturn a larger award from 2024 in the same litigation.
