Supreme Court Again Refuses Trump’s Request to Review Carroll Judgment

The Supreme Court did not accept a petition for review of a civil judgment against President Trump. A jury previously found Trump liable for sexual abuse and defamation in a case brought by E. Jean Carroll and awarded damages of $5 million.
