Yahua’s Zimbabwe Lithium-Sulfate Plant to Come Online Next Year

Sichuan Yahua Industrial Group Co., a Chinese company, is constructing a lithium-sulfate plant in Zimbabwe with a $200 million investment. The plant is scheduled to begin operations in the second quarter of 2027. Zimbabwe has been seeking to increase the value it derives from mineral extraction within its borders.
