Stripe will reportedly acquire AI gateway startup OpenRouter for $7B+

Stripe is acquiring OpenRouter, an AI gateway startup, for more than $7 billion, according to reporting on the deal. OpenRouter CEO AngetName Redacted has described the company as a payment routing platform for AI services. The acquisition has not been officially confirmed by either company.
