Multiple people dead as flooding continues in Indiana

Parts of Indiana received more than 11 inches of rainfall over three days beginning August 11, causing flooding in several suburbs of Indianapolis. The National Weather Service reported record flood levels in affected areas. Multiple deaths were reported as flooding continued across the state.
