LIV Golf player admits breakaway tour might be nearing the end: 'I think time might run out'

Ian Poulter, a golfer on the LIV Golf tour, stated that the tour faces a September 1 deadline to secure $300 million in funding. Poulter said in comments that "time might run out" if the funding is not obtained by that date. LIV Golf launched in 2022 as a separate professional golf tour funded by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund.
