Second Ceuta Incursion Attempt Fails as Morocco, Spain Boost Security

A grassroots effort to cross into the Spanish enclave of Ceuta from Morocco was unsuccessful over the weekend. Spanish and Moroccan authorities increased security presence at the border. A small number of people attempted the crossing and were turned back by authorities.
