Spain stocks African enclave Ceuta with boosted security as Morocco monitors calls for second border rush

Spain deployed soldiers to patrol streets in the African enclave of Ceuta on Saturday. Morocco announced it arrested individuals accused of inciting a second mass border crossing into the enclave. Ceuta is located on the African continent but is Spanish territory bordering Morocco.
