Trump-Linked World Liberty Financial Wins Preliminary Approval for Bank Charter

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency granted preliminary approval on Friday for World Liberty Financial to establish a national trust bank. World Liberty Financial was co-founded by President Trump and his sons. The bank would issue and manage a USD1 stablecoin.
