Teenage British cyclist Finlay Tarling dies after tragic incident in Volta a Portugal race

Finlay Tarling, 19, a British cyclist competing in the Volta a Portugal, died after being struck by a car during stage 8 of the race. NSN Cycling Team announced his death. The car entered the road during the stage, according to reports.
