Amazon has enough satellites to launch its Starlink competitor

Amazon announced it has deployed 396 satellites in low-Earth orbit for its internet service, called Amazon Leo. Chris Weber, vice president of business and product for Amazon Leo, stated the satellite count is sufficient to "support continuous service across initial latitudes." The deployment follows a launch that occurred the previous night.
