Stephen Bear jailed over sex offender breaches

Stephen Bear, a TV personality, was jailed after breaching sex offender requirements. A court heard that Bear posted on social media from Brazil stating "the police will not be able to catch" him. Bear had previously been convicted of voyeurism and was subject to registration and notification requirements as a sex offender.
